I AM GRATEFUL TO SWAMI SATCHIDANANDA, the founder of Integral Yoga. A master of modernity, inspiration in the medical research field, light of wisdom, playfulness and awareness. I am grateful to all the Integral Yoga Swamis, precious Teachers and Friends, embodiments of the ancient teachings of Yoga. I am grateful to all my Teachers, and to my Italian Teachers in particular, who have guided me through the wonderful world of Integral Yoga. I am grateful to my students, who have relied on me, and helped me to understand.
All the programs presented on this website are Integral Yoga or Integral Yoga-inspired programs.
